Mobile Purification
- Eliminate downtime - keep machines running while purification is taking place.
- Free oil sample analysis - all customers get free analysis. Send us a a 4 oz. sample from each machine for evaluation.
Our latest unit will process low viscosity oils at rates in excess of 3,000 US gals per hour, will process high viscosity gear oils (ISO 680) at rates of over 1,500 gallons per hour and can remove emulsified water at levels of 10 percent or more in a single pass. The unit is completely self-contained, has it’s own propane fired heating system and a 50 kW diesel generator. The operation is completely controlled by computers, although it can also be run manually.
The computers control the speed of operation, as well as checking for water content and filter problems. If problems are sensed, the unit sets off alarms and goes into automatic recycle mode if necessary. This unit successfully reclaimed oil recently at an Aluminum rolling mill that had over 50% water in it.
The unit will filter down to an absolute filter rating of 0.45 micron and provide guaranteed ISO particle counts to the most demanding specifications. Normal filtration levels are to ½ micron nominal. Residual water levels are typically below 50 PPM. |

Very efficient "vacuum dehydrators" remove water. Dirt and broken down additives are removed by passing through a series of filters, each stage finer than the one before, until we reach cleanliness specifications.
|
Additives, to bring the levels back to new oil concentrations, are blended in with continuous metering pumps during the process. The amount to be added is determined by sampling and analyzing the dirty oil before our truck arrives.
Oils that leak out of machines, or that are taken out for preventative maintenance reasons are stored in pre-treatment tanks, these can be supplied by us as part of our process. These tanks are usually electrically heated and when almost full, the heat is turned on and controlled at about 125 degree F by the thermostat. Warming the oil does a number of things. It allows some free water and heavy dirt particles to settle out of the oil and it pre-heats the oil so that our unit can process faster and thus reduce costs. The oil is NOT heated for long periods, only for a short period prior to our arrival. |

|
Water and dirt that settles out of the oil is drained by the customer prior to our arrival and disposed of. Any water removed from the oil during our process is condensed back to liquid water and left for disposal. All filters used to remove the dirt are also left for disposal after being drained free of oil and bagged.
